How the Coaching Works
Twice each month we meet live for 90 minutes of group coaching. You bring your actual work. Your niche, your interview findings, your draft offer, your pricing. We open it up and work on it in the room.
Sessions run 12 to 20 members. Every session is recorded, so a scheduling conflict does not cost you the content.
That is three hours of live coaching with me every month, alongside the curriculum, the AI strategy system, and the Community between sessions.

FAQs
- Is this one-to-one coaching with you?
No. Coaching is delivered live in twice-monthly 90-minute group sessions of 8 to 12 members, where you bring your own work to be reviewed in the room. You also have access to me in the Community between sessions.
If you want private one-to-one sessions, that is a separate engagement, and I would rather you start there than start here and be disappointed. Book a call and we will figure out which one you actually need.
- Do you guarantee I will sign clients?
No, and I want to be precise about what I do stand behind.
If you go through the process and do the work, you will come out with a clear, well-defined offer grounded in real market demand, and a way to position and communicate it so that it resonates with the right clients. That outcome I guarantee, because it is based on a structured process we have used for years.
What I do not guarantee is specific revenue or signed clients within a fixed timeframe. There are too many variables in timing, outreach, and the conversations you choose to have.
When someone does not get the result, it is almost always one of two things. They did not fully engage in the market conversations, which is where the real insight comes from. Or they stayed too broad and avoided the harder decisions about focus and positioning.
- Do I need a paid AI subscription?
Plan for one. The strategy system runs on Google Gemini and Claude, and you will need a paid tier of at least one of them to complete the exercises. This is in addition to your enrollment.
- Is this only for women who have already left corporate?
The program is designed primarily for women who have exited and are ready to generate income intentionally. If you are still employed but actively transitioning and prepared to implement immediately, it can still be a fit.
- What if I’m unclear about my niche?
Clarity is not a prerequisite. It is the first phase of the work. You will be guided through identifying a profitable niche grounded in both market demand and personal alignment.
- What if I’ve already launched and it isn’t working?
Many members are relaunching. Often the challenge is not capability but positioning. We refine your foundation so your offer is strategically structured and commercially sound.
- How much time should I expect to commit?
Plan for 3–5 focused hours per week. This is disciplined, intentional progress — not overwhelm.
- Is this mindset work or business strategy?
Both. Entrepreneurship stretches your identity. But identity work without commercial structure does not generate revenue. Here, we integrate the inner and the outer deliberately.
- What results can I expect?
